TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.    Deposit

A £75 per week per caravan non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for 7 night stays. This is payable within one week of the reservation, otherwise the caravan will be made reavailable.

2.    Balance Due

The balance is due 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday. If this is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund of deposit. Any booking commencing less than 8 weeks prior to occupation will require full payment at the time of booking.
 
3.    Letting Arrangements

Check in from 4.00 pm at the caravan for the commencement of your holiday and issue of keys.  Keys must be returned by 10.00 am on the day of your departure.

4.    Accommodation

Only people listed on the booking forms may use the caravan. This is a limited to a maximum of 4 people for the caravan.  Any infringement of this rule will result in the immediate loss of your holiday with no monies refunded.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park do not allow all male or all female groups to hire caravans.

If any member of your party causes any damage or there are any breakages to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation, please inform the owner or management before the end of your stay. We will arrange a replacement and invoice you or deduct from your security deposit. The hirer is responsible for all party members.

If the caravan is left in an untidy and dirty condition at the end of your stay, you may forfete the security deposit of £50  paid on arrival, at the owners discretion to cover the additional costs of administration and cleaning.  To prove that caravans are left in an unsatisfactory condition, photographs may be taken before the caravan is cleaned and used as evidence.

We adore pets and understand that these are part of the family.  However for the comfort of other guests arriving after you, i.e. allergies and offensive smells, the caravan is NON SMOKING and we do NOT allow any pets.

All bedding is provided and beds are made up prior to your arrival. Please strip down beds prior to your departure.

Litter and refuse should be disposed of in the designated refuse area near the caravan.

You will not interfere with or disable the smoke alarms in the caravan.

Our aim is to hire out our high standard caravan cleaned to a very high standard; we believe all guests who treat our caravan with respect expect and deserve such service.  To achieve this very high standard all guests agree to take care of the caravan, which they are using and to leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday.

5.    Entertainment Passes

Entertainment passes are not included in the holiday price. If you wish to take advantage of the entertainment facilities on the site, passes can be ordered from us by prior arrangement, payment due at time of ordering.  No refund will be given on passes if the holiday is subsequently cancelled.  You may also purchase them directly from reception, you will need your booking confirmation and we will not be responsible should you incur delays in obtaining the passes from reception due to them being extremely busy. 

6.    Behaviour

Please note that all Haven sites are for families and any unreasonable behaviour can result in your holiday coming to an abrupt end.  Primrose Valley management reserves the right to remove offenders from the park without redress. If this happens, no refund is available.  Our representatives also have our full authority to remove parties for any breach of these terms and conditions without refund.
 
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THIS IS A PRIVATELY OWNED CARAVAN, WE WOULD THEREFORE BE GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD LEAVE THE CARAVANS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED.

7.    Cancellation

Any cancellations must be made in writing.  Cancellations within 8 weeks will incur a cancellation charge of the cost of the booking.  Any refund will be at the total discretion of the owner. You are strongly recommended to take out holiday insurance.

8.    Liability

We   do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage to you or any member of your party. We strongly recommend that you take out personal holiday insurance to cover you against loss, damages and cancellation etc.
